It's All About the Dog

I've loved many dogs over my years. I can't remember a time when there wasn't a dog in our family. A dog is just the greatest thing you can have.

When it was the youngest daughter's turn to go off to college, she and her sisters got me a pup for Mother's Day. His name is Tucker and he is the love of my life.

  1. Tucker is adorable, Pam! I haven't had a dog since the early 1980s, but I loved Sargent Pepper (Sarge). He was a big collie, and a sweetheart. Now cats fit our lifestyle better, though sometimes I really wish we also had a pup. Looking forward to your "E"!!

    1. We had two cats while the girls were growing up but I developed allergies. I suffered through until they both passed on to the Rainbow Bridge. They were so sweet! Kiki and Jazzy. Thanks!

  2. So cute! I love the quotes-as-captions idea too. We had cats for a long time but are currently pet-free. I miss their presence though.

    1. Thank you! I think Tucker will be my last since I do want to go visit daughters who don't live in town all by myself sometimes. I take this pup with me nearly everywhere. I just can't stand to leave him behind. You can imagine what it's like to head out to school in the mornings. :)
